Abstract

Rumah Sakit Mitra Keluarga sudah mengimplementasi sistem informasi berupa web site dan Sistem Infomasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIM RS). Hasil wawancara dengan bagian IT Rumah Sakit Mitra Keluarga belum pernah dilakukan audit sistem informasi, berdasarkan hal tersebut maka perlu dilakukan proses audit SI untuk mengetahui sejauh mana peranan teknologi informasi telah merepresentasikan tujuan bisnis organisasinya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan Audit sistem informasi pada Rumah Sakit Mitra Keluarga untuk mengevaluasi sistem informasi. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode kuisioner dan wawancara, sedangkan untuk farmework audit mengguakan COBIT 5. Dengan hasil nilai capability yang dicapai sebesar 2,6 dengan rekomendasi yang diharapkan dapat memperbaiki nilai capability setelah dijalankan. Kata Kunci: COBIT 5, Layanan TI, Capability
