Abstract

"Penut Coocies" is featured produck PT. SSFI Bandung in production with kenzi machine consisting of several machines which include: mixing, filling, forming, oven and packing. Downtime and breakdown of production during 2013 ~ 2014 is very large, resulting in a daily average of the results did not reach the target is determined by a company. The purpose of this study was to look for the leading cause of downtime, as well as finding solutions to the root of the problem. In this case the researchers conducted the study by taking one product ", Fast Coocies" of several products produced by PT. SSFI the period of November 2013 ~ March 2014. Approach in use is Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) with the calculation of the Six Big Losses. Then look for the main causes of the Pareto diagrams, and analyzed the root cause of the problem using the Ishikawa diagram, whereas the main cause of down time are: a) Setting the blade, b) screw agitators stalled, c) replace the blade, d) conveyor jams. As a result of damage to various parts and less maintenance system implementation knowledge. Researchers analyzed the root problems with ishikawa diagram. The system maintenance on this company has not implemented the TPM system, the researchers suggest the manager of PT. SSFI Bandung to implement the concept of Total Productive Maintenance Autonomous Maintenance primarily to raise the value ofOEE. Keywords: Downtime, break down, Six Big Losses, OEE, Pareto, Ishikawa, TPM “Penut Coocies” Merupakan produck unggulan PT. SSFI Bandung yang di produksi dengan mesin kenzi yang terdiri dari beberapa mesin yang di antaranya adalah : mixing, filling, forming, oven dan packing. Downtime dan breakdown produksi selama tahun 2013~2014 sangat besar, sehingga mengakibatkan hasil rata-rata perhari tidak mencapai target yang di tentukan oleh perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mencari penyebab utama munculnya downtime, serta mencari solusi dari akar permasalahan yang ada. Dalam hal ini peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan mengambil salah satu product “Penut Coocies” dari beberapa product yang di produksi oleh PT. SSFI pada periode November tahun 2013~Maret 2014. Pendekatan yang di digunakan adalah Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) dengan perhitungan Six Big Losses. Kemudian dicari faktor penyebab utama dengan diagram Pareto, dan dianalisa akar penyebab masalahnya menggunakan diagram Ishikawa,sedangkan penyebab utama dari down time tersebut adalah : a)Setting pisau, b)screw agitator macet, c)ganti pisau, d)konveyor macet. Akibat dari kerusakan berbagai spare part dan sistem pelaksanaan maintenance yang kurang pengetahuan. Peneliti menganalisa akar permasalah dengan diagram ishikawa. Adapun system maintenance di perusahaan ini belum menerapkan system TPM, maka peneliti menyarankan kepada pengelola PT. SSFI Bandung untuk mengimplementasikan konsep TotalProductive Maintenance terutama Autonomous Maintenance untuk menaikkan nilai OEE.
