Abstract
The tittle of this thesis is “the influence of a style of leadership , management control and training on the performance of marketing division employees of Sentralindo Teguh Gemilang, PT in 2010” . The study is done to know the influence of each one variable and also the three variabel with employee performance in a division of marketing . This Analyze using a the theory of style of leadership , management control , and training . The causal method that uses a survey by means of instruments questioner with the measurement of the scale likert . Based on the results of research and test using validatas reliabilitas , can be known that any variable dependent who are inside questioner with independent variable have influence. Average for style of leadership is 3.32, management control is 3.78, training is 3.46, and performance of employees is 3.40. So in the linear simple and multiple , that can be expressed having the style of leadership role of the dominant , was followed by training and management control that have leverage with the performance of employees . Keywords : Influence, leadership, management control, training, and performance Tesis yang berjudul “Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan, Management Control dan Training terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Divisi Pemasaran PT. Sentralindo Teguh Gemilang tahun 2010”. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh dari masing-masing variabel dan juga ketiganya terhadap Kinerja Karyawan didalam divisi pemasaran. Untuk menganalisis permasalahan menggunakan Teori Gaya Kepemimpinan, Management Control, dan Training. Dengan penelitian kausal yang menggunakan metode survey melalui instrumen questioner dengan pengukuran skala likert. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang menggunakan uji validatas dan reliabilitas, dapat diketahui bahwa setiap variabel bebas yang ada didalam questioner memiliki pengaruh dengan variabel independent. Dengan rata-rata untuk Gaya kepemimpinan sebesar 3.32, Management Control sebesar 3.78, Training sebesar 3.46, dan Kinerja Karyawan sebesar 3.40. Sehingga didalam uji linier sederhana dan berganda, dapat dinyatakan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan memiliki peran yang dominan, disusul kemudian oleh training dan management control yang memiliki pengaruh dengan kinerja karyawan. Kata Kunci : Pengaruh, Gaya kepemimpinan, management control, training, dan kinerja karyawan.
