Abstract
This study aims to determine whether changes in the organization, commitment and employee satisfaction has a relationship with organisation effectiveness and prove scientifically analyze the influence and the relationship between organizational change, employee commitment and job satisfaction on organizational effectiveness PT Medco Downstream Indonesia. Variables used in this study were variable changes in the organization, commitment and job satisfaction as independent variables and the variable effectiveness of the organization as a dependent variable. This study is a category of business research that uses quantitative research methods. These results indicate that changes in the organization, commitment and job satisfaction and significant positive impact on the effectiveness of this organization.. And also changes in the organization, commitment and job satisfaction and significant positive impact on the effectiveness of the organization simultaneously. Correlation between changes in each organization, commitment and job satisfaction of the effectiveness of organiasi is very strong. Because the correlation between changes in the organization, commitment and job satisfaction on organizational effectiveness is very strong, the management of PT Medco Downstream Indonesia needs to maintain the performance of each of the independent variables so that the effectiveness of the organizationcanberealized. Keywords: Organizational Change, Commitment, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Effectiveness. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah perubahan organisasi, komitmen dan kepuasan karyawan memiliki hubungan dengan efektivitas organisai.dan menganalisa serta membuktikan secara ilmiah pengaruh dan hubungan antara perubahan organisasi, komitmen dan kepuasan kerja karyawan terhadap efektivitas organisasi PT Medco Downstream Indonesia. Variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah variabel perubahan organisasi, komitmen dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel bebas serta variabel efektifitas organisasi sebagai variabel terikat. Penelitian ini merupakan katagori riset bisnis yang menggunakan metoda penelitian kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perubahan organisasi, komitmen dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan siknifikan terhadap efektifitas organisasi secara parsial hal ini dibuktikan dengan uji t yang dilakukan terhadap ke empat variabel tersebut diatas. Dan juga perubahan organisasi, komitmen dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan siknifikan terhadap efektifitas organisasi secara simultan hal ini ditunjukkan oleh uji F yang dilakukan terhadap ke empat variabel diatas. Korelasi masing-masing antara perubahan organisasi, komitmen dan kepuasan kerja terhadap efektifitas organiasi adalah sangat kuat. Karena korelasi antara perubahan organisasi, komitmen dan kepuasan kerja terhadap efektifitas organisasi sangat kuat maka manajemen PT Medco Downstream Indonesia perlu menjaga performansi masing-masing variabel bebasnya sehingga efektifitas organisasi dapat terwujud. Kata Kunci: Perubahan Organisasi, Komitmen, Kepuasan Kerja, Efektifitas Organisasi.
