Abstract
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) is constituting system to ensure competitiveness, ability responds to customer need, productivity and flexibility in do business on economic global. With corporate information system to be introduced by changing management's model new that will increase firm control efficiently. Success factor studies ERP constitutes highlight that needs to be noticed by firm in ERP'S implementation. Anyway, there are many firm doesn't know factor that regard ERP'S success. This research is gone upon to base 40 Questioners that at broadcasts at manufacturing business at JABOTABEK'S region, Indonesia. In Questioners that exists 10 factor that analyzed by 20 questions that at gives unto respondent. This observational method with tests validity, reliabilities is data and correlation with ERP'S implementation success. Acquired result gain divides system user, peripheral cost software & service, user and business process satisfaction constitute factor that regard ERP'S success. Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP) merupakan sistem untuk memastikan daya saing, kemampuan respon terhadap kebutuhan pelanggan, produktifitas dan fleksibilitas di dalam melakukan bisnis pada ekonomi global. Dengan sistem informasi perusahaan diperkenalkan dengan perubahan model managemen baru yang akan meningkatkan kontrol perusahaan secara efisien. Kajian faktor-faktor keberhasilan ERP merupakan hal penting yang perlu diperhatikan oleh perusahaan dalam implementasi ERP. Bagaimanapun, banyak perusahaan tidak mengetahui faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan ERP. Penelitian ini didasarkan kepada hasil 40 kuesioner yang di sebarkan di perusahaan manufaktur di daerah JABOTABEK, Indonesia. Dalam kuesioner tersebut terdapat 10 faktor yang diteliti dengan 20 pertanyaan yang di berikan kepada responden. Metoda penelitian ini dengan menguji validitas, reliabilitas data dan korelasi dengan keberhasilan implementasi ERP. Hasil yang diperoleh keuntungan bagi pengguna sistem, biaya perangkat software & service, kepuasan pengguna dan proses bisnis merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan ERP.
