Abstract
Banyak ide atau gagasan dari para ahli dalam bidang perkotaan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan kemacetan di Jakarta. Salah satu gagasan yang akan dilakukan oleh Pemerintah DKI Jakarta adalah gagasan Transit Oriented Development (TOD). Untuk memperkuat konsep TOD pada Kawasan Terpadu Stasiun Lebak Bulus adalah dengan menggabungkan massa bangunan antara bangunan Stasiun dengan bangunan lainnya seperti apartemen, hotel dan terminal bus. Kawasan stasiun terpadu senen diharapkan dapat mewujudkan suatu sistem jaringan transportasi di Kota Jakarta yang mampu mengintegrasikan seluruh pusat kegiatan dalam satu kawasan. Dalam rancangan kawasan stasiun terpadu Lebak Bulus kali ini, perancang diminta mengaplikasikan rancangannya tanpa mengesampingkan bangunan konservasi yang ada pada site. Tanggapan terhadap bangunan konservasi akan menjadi suatu permasalahan tersendiri yang menarik untuk diolah.A lot of idea or opinion from the expert of the city to solve the traffic problem in Jakarta. One of those idea that will be done by DKI Jakarta Government is the Transit Oriented Development (TOD). To strengthen the TOD concept on Lebak Bulus integrated area is to combine the building mass between the train station with another building such as apartment, hotel, and bus terminal. Senen integrated train station were hoped to granted some system of Jakarta transportation that can integrating the whole activity into one area. In this integrated train station of Lebak Bulus, the designer is asked to apply their design without abandoning the conservation building on the site. The problem solving of the conservation building will be an interesting problem to solved.
