Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kondisi kerja dengan kelelahan burnout di PT. Sandang Jaya Textile, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survey deskriptif dan tehnik pengambilam sampel secara sensus (non probability sampling) sebanyak 120 responden. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan komputer yaitu program SPSS 17.0 for Windows. Uji statistik yang digunakan adalah Korelasi Product Moment, hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Korelasi antara hubungan kondisi kerja dengan penelitian burnout
