Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pelatihan dan kualitas kerja terhadap produktivitas karyawan di PT Astrido Toyota Pondok Gede divisi Service. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT Astrido Toyota Pondok Gede divisi Service. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 46 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Pelatihan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas karyawan di PT Astrido Toyota Pondok Gede divisi Service. Tetapi variabel Kualitas Kerja memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Produktivitas karyawan di PT Astrido Toyota Pondok Gede divisi Service.This research aims to know the influence of training and quality of work on employee productivity of service division in PT Astrido Toyota Pondok Gede. The object for this research is employees of service division in PT Astrido Toyota Pondok Gede. This research was done to 46 respondents by using quantitative-descriptive approach. Thus, data analysis which used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The result of this research shows that the variable of training has not significant affect on the employee productivity of service division in PT Astrido Toyota Pondok Gede. But quality of work affects significantly to the employee productivity of service division in PT Astrido Toyota Pondok Gede.
