Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh efektivitas hari kerja dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan (Lokal Staff) di Kedutaan Besar Papua Nugini Jakarta. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan (Lokal Staff) Kedutaan Besar Papua Nugini Jakarta. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 30 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel efektivitas hari kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kedutaan Besar Papua Nugini jakarta. Tetapi variabel budaya organisasi tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Kedutaan Besar Papua Nugini jakarta.This research aims to know the influence of work-day effectivity and organization culture on performance of local staff in Papua New Guinea Embassy, Jakarta. The object for this research is employees (local staffs) of the Embassy of Papua New Guinea Jakarta. This research was done to 30 respondents by using quantitative-descriptive approach. Considering to this research, the data analysis which used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test. The result of this research shows that the variable of work-day effectivity has significant affect on the employee performance in Papua New Guinea Embassy, Jakarta. But organization culture does not affect significantly to the employee performaces in the Embassy of Papua New Guinea, Jakarta.
