Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh masing- masing variable yang digunakan dalam penelitia ini yaitu budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, dan akuntabilitas publik terhadap kinerja organisasi pada rumah sakit swasta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dalam pengambilan data. Sampel penelitian ini adalah karyawan Rumah Sakit non-medis yang bekerja di Rumah Sakit Bhakti Mulia Jakarta Barat. Analisis data penelitian menggunakan analisis linier berganda dengan program SPSS 21.0. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, komitmen organisasi tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi, akuntabilitas Publik tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja organisasi.The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the effect of each variable used in this research which is organizational culture, organizational commitment, and public accountability to organizational performance at a private hospital. This research used survey method in gathering data. Samples of this research were employees of the Hospital non medical work at the Rumah Sakit Bhakti Mulia Jakarta Barat. Data analysis of this research were using multiple linear analysis with SPSS 21.0. The results showed that organizational culture influence on organizational performance, organizational commitment does not affect the performance of the organization, public accountability does not affect the performance of the organization.
