Abstract
Penelitian yang berjudul “Pengaruh Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru” yang dilakukan di perusahaan SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 42 orang menghasilkan bahwa variabel motivasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta sedangkan variabel lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja guru SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta. Kedua variabel motivasi dan lingkungan kerja dapat menjelaskan variasi variabel kinerja guru sebesar 56,6% sedangkan sisanya 43,4 % dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti.The results of a study entitled “Influence of Motivation and Work Enviroment On The Productivity of The Teacher Done in SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta” with the number of respondents as many 42 people to produce that variable motivation do not make a significant impact to teacher productivity in SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta. While the variable work enviroment show the positive and has significant impact to teacher productivity in SMK Kartika X-2 Jakarta. The second variable of motivation and work enviroment can ecxplain variations in variable labour teacher productivity by 56,6% while the remaining 43,4% is explained by other variables not examined.
