Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh tingkat pendidikan , pengalaman kerja terhadap lama masa mencari kerja. Objek penelitian ini adalah warga009 kelurahan mangga dua selatan kecamatan sawah besar, jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 94 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang di gunakan adalah analisis statistik dengan bentuk uji regresi linear berganda.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara signifikan variable persepsi tentang tingkat pendidikan berpengaruh positif terhadap lama masa mencari kerja bagi tenaga kerja terdidik dan persepsi tentang pengalaman kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap lama masa mencari kerja. Oleh karena itu hasil uji dari penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara parsial antara variabel persepsi tentang tingkat pendidikan dan persepsi tentang pengalaman kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap lama masa mencari kerja bagi tenaga kerja terdidik di RW009 mangga dua selatan kecamatan sawah besar.This research aims to know the influence of the educational level and working experiences impacting on how long does to get the job for employement.The Object for this research is public of RW 09, Kelurahan Mangga Dua Selatan, Kecamatan Sawah Besar.. This research was done to 94 respondents by using quantitative-descriptive approach. Thus, data analysis which is used is statistic analysis in the form of double linear regression test.This research result indicates that significantly variable the perception of the level of education influential positive on long past jobs for labor educated and the perception of work experiences have a negative influence on long past jobs.Hence test of this research stated that is the partial in between variables the perception of levels of education and the perception of work experiences have a negative influence on long past jobs for labor educated in southern RW 009 mangga two sawah besar sub district.
