Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Market to Book Value (MBV), Size, Return On Capital Employed (ROCE) dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada perusahaan Pertambangan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2011-2015. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive yaitu pemilihan sampel dengan kriteria tertentu, sehingga sampel yang diperoleh dalam penelitian ini adalah 6 perusahaan Pertambangan yang terdaftar pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode analisis data yang digunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Market to Book Value (MBV), Return On Capital Employed (ROCE), dan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) secara signifikan berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, tetapi Size tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Market to Book Value (MBV), Size, Return On Capital Employed (ROCE) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of Firm Value at Mining Company Listed Indonesian Stock Exchange of 2011-2015. Sampling using purposive sampling is the selection of the sample with certain criteria, so that the sample obtained in this study were 6 Mining companies listed Indonesian Stock Exchange. This method of data analysis is used multiple regression analysis. The result showed that Market to Book Value (MBV), Return On Capital Employed (ROCE), and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have significantly effect of Corporate Firm Value, but Size didn’t have significantly effect of Firm Value.
