Abstract
Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja,dan locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan. Objek penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di departemen produksi PT Nirmas Utama (INACO)Bekasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap 100 responden dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Karena itu, analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik dalam bentuk uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 2 variabel (variabel budaya organisasi dan variabel locus of control) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan variabel lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pengaruh secara simultan budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan locus of control terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 31,9% sedangkan 68,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.This study aims to determine how the the effect of organizational culture, work environment and locus of control on the employee performance. The object for this research are employee of production department of PT Niramas Utama (INACO) Bekasi. This research was done to 100 respondents by using quantitative-descriptive approach. Thus, data analysis which used is statistic analysis in the form of multiple linear regression test. The results of this study indicate that both independent variables (variable organizational culture and variable locus of control) positive and significant effect on employee performance, meanwhile the variable work environment not significant effect on employee performance. Effect of Simultaneous influence of organizational culture, work environment and locus of control to the employee performance by 31,9%,while 68,1% are influenced by other factors.
