Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh stress kerja, konflik kerja, terhadap kepuasan kerja di area Kantor Perwakilan PT Krakatau Steel (PERSERO) Tbk Jakarta yaitu Gedung krakatau Steel Jakarta Selatan. Sampel penelitian ini sebesar 102 orang. Data dikumpulkan langsung dari responden dengan menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner dan teknis analisis data menggunakan sofware Amos Ves 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif terhadap kepuasan kerja, konflik kerja berpengaruh negatif juga terhadap kepuasan kerja, serta konflik kerja berpengaruh postif terhadap stres kerja di area Kantor Perwakilan PT Krakatau Steel (PERSERO) Tbk Jakarta yaitu Gedung krakatau Steel Jakarta Selatan. Variabel yang paling berpengaruh terhadap pegawai di Kantor Perwakilan Pt Krakatau Steel, Tbk Jakarta Selatan adalah konflik kerja terhadap stres kerja.This study aims to determine the effect of job stress, work conflict on job satisfaction in the area of the Representative Office of PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk Jakarta, South Jakarta Building Krakatau Steel. The research sample of 102 people. Data is collected directly from respondents using research instruments such as questionnaires and technical data analysis using the software Amos Ves 23. These results indicate that job stress negatively affect job satisfaction, work conflict also negatively impact on job satisfaction, as well as work conflicts positive influence on work stress in the area of the Representative Office of PT Krakatau Steel (Persero) Tbk Jakarta, South Jakarta Building Krakatau Steel. Variables that influence each representative Office PT Krakatau Steel Tbk, South Jakarta is a work conflict against work stress
