Abstract

Profitabilitas merupakan bagian yang penting bagi setiap perusahaan karena besar atau tidak keuntungan yang diperoleh suatu perusahaan akan berdampak pada posisi keuangan perusahaan. Untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan, manajer harus dapat memanajemen keuangan perusahaan dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perputaran kas, perputaran piutang, dan perputaran persediaan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2015. Sampel dari penelitian ini dipilih dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 32 data laporan keuangan perusahaan Property dan Real estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara perputaran kas, perputaran piutang, dan perputaran persediaan terhadap profitabilitas. Kemudian secara parsial, perputaran kas dan perputaran persediaan tidak berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Hanya perputaran piutang yang memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia.Profitability is an important part for every company because large or derived profit by an enterprise will impact the company's financial position. To achieve its goals, the financial manager should be able to manage the company well. This research aims to determine the effect of cash turnover, receivable turnover and inventory turnover on the profitability of the Property and Real Estate company listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2015. The sample of this research selected using purposive sampling method. The sample of this research is 32 according to data from the financial report Property and real estate companies listed in Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). The method analysis of data is multiple regression analysis, the results of this research show that simultaneously there is significant influence between the cash turnover, receivable turnover and inventory turnover to profitability. Then partially, cash turnover and accounts inventory turnover does not affect the profitability. Only the receivable turnover have a significant effect on the profitability of the manufacturing company Property and real Estate listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
