Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Net Profit Margin (NPM) , Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) , Current Ratio (CR) dan Asset Growth terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Objek penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar dalam Indeks LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2011-2014.Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kausal. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Dari metode tersebut diperoleh 17 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria dan total 68 perusahaan selama periode pengamatan. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi data panel dengan menggunakan tiga pendekatan model alternatif yaitu common effect,fixed effect dan random effect. Pengujian model regresi dilakukan dengan uji statistik yaitu Pengujiaan Model t dan Pengujian Model F.Hasil F-statistik dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Net Profit Margin (NPM), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) , dan Asset Growth berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). Dan hasil uji statistik t menunjukkan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) dan Asset Growth secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) sedangkan Net Profit Margin (NPM) dan Current Ratio (CR) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR).This research aims to know the influence of the Net Profit Margin (NPM),Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) and Asset Growth for Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). The object of this study is a company registered in LQ45 index in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2011-2014 period. The study design used is causal research. Sampling using purposive sampling method. The method derived from 17 companies that meet the criteria and a total of 68 companies during the observation period. The analysis used in this research is panel data regression analysis using three alternative model approach that is common effect, fixed effect and random effect, then use the model selection test chow and test hausmant . Regression model testing conducted by a statistical test that is Model Testing F and Model Testing-t.The f-statistic results showed that Net Profit Margin (NPM),Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Current Ratio (CR) and Asset Growth significantly influence Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR). And the t-statistic result showed that DER and Asset Growth partially significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio, While NPM and CR has no significant effect on Dividend Payout Ratio
