Abstract

Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas daya tarik Kawasan BSD-City sebagai salah satu kota mandiri, maka diperlukan upaya-upaya pengembangan dan peningkatan pada semua fasilitas terutama perumahan. Dalam hal ini hal ini perancangan Perumahan di Kawasan BSD-City diharapkan menjadi salah upaya dalam merencanakan pembangunan fisik kawasan BSD-City, khususnya dalam pengembangan Perumahan dengan dengan Sarana dan Fasilitas Cluster Terpadu untuk membuat nyaman tinggal di dalamnya, dengan desain layout dan facade yang mencerminkan rumah kelas premium. Penekanan tema dan dasar pemikiran diarahkan pada konsep Architecture dengan pendekatan wawasan Hijau dan Modern Resort. Konsep Green Architecture adalah konsep yang mengutamakan desain yang berkelanjutan, reduce, reuse, dan recyle. Dan rumah bergaya resort memang menawarkan kenyamanan yang lebih pada penghuninya, layaknya sebuah resort mewah yang menawarkan kenyamanan bagi para penghuninya. Perancangan Perumahan juga menitikberatkan “Kelas Premium” sebagai acuan dasar tema dan konsep perancangan agar menjadi pertimbangan dalam perencanaan dan wujud/manifestasi produknya, meliputi antara lain; aspek arsitektural : interior dan eksterior, termasuk lansekap, fasilitas umum, fasilitas sosial dan unsur material bangunan.In an effort to improve the quality of the appeal BSD-City area as one of the independent city, it would require efforts on the development and improvement of all the facilities especially for housing. In this case it is the design of housing in Region BSD-City is expected to become one of the efforts in planning the physical development area of BSD-City, particularly in the development of housing with the facilities and amenities Cluster Integrated to make a comfortable living in it, with design layout and facade reflecting home premium class. Emphasis theme and rationale is directed to the concept of Green Architecture with insight approach and Modern Resort. The concept of Green Architecture is a concept that promotes sustainable design, reduce, reuse, and recyle. And home-style resort does offer more comfort to the occupants, like a luxury resort which offers comfort for the occupants. Housing Design also emphasizes "Premium Class" as the basic reference design themes and concepts for consideration in the planning and forms / manifestations of products, include among others; architectural aspects: interior and exterior, including landscaping, public facilities, social facilities and the material elements of the building.
