Abstract

Resort adalah suatu bangunan yang dibuat di daerah pegunungan atau pantai, atau suatu daerah yang pemandangannya bagus, karena tujuan utama adalah agar penikmat rumah itu merasakan hubungan yang nikmat dengan alam. Merasakan alam yang nikmat memang sesuatu yang semakin mahal dewasa ini. Bagi yang tinggal dikota besar, kita selalu dikelilingi oleh pemandangan kota yang kurang teratur, ramai, berisik, banyak kendaraan, dan tidak ada suatu tempat khusus untuk menikmati alam dengan benar-benar nikmat. Oleh karena itu dalam hunian ini akan di terapkan konsep resort. Sedangkan green architecture itu sendiri adalah tidak lebih dari sekedar hijau, Arsitektur Hijau (Green Architecture) Sebuah proses perancangan dengan mengurangi dampak lingkungan yang kurang baik, meningkatkan kenyamanan manusia dengan efisiensi dan pengurangan penggunaan sumber daya energi, pemakaian lahan dan pengelolaan sampah efektif dalam tatanan arsitektur. Maka Eco Resort ini yang akan di usung pada perancangan hunian di BSD City.Resort is a building created in the mountains or the beach, or an area where the landscape is nice, because the main goal is to make the home audience feel a connection with the natural delights. Sensing the natural delights is something that is getting more expensive these days. For those who live a large city, we are always surrounded by views of the city are less regular, crowded, noisy, a lot of vehicles, and there is not a special place to enjoy nature with absolutely delicious. Therefore in this residential resort concept would be applied. While green architecture itself is nothing more than green, Green Architecture (Green Architecture) A design process by reducing the environmental impact is not good, improve human comfort with efficiency and reduced usage of energy resources, land use and waste management are effective in order architecture , Eco Resort then this will be on the stretcher in the design of the dwellings in BSD City.
