Abstract
Perumahan dan permukiman merupakan salah satu kebutuhan pokok manusia. Sebagaimana tertulis dalam Undang-Undang Dasar (UUD) 1945 Pasal 28, bahwa rumah adalah salah satu hak dasar rakyat dan oleh karena itu setiap Warga Negara berhak untuk bertempat tinggal dan mendapat lingkungan hidup yang baik dan sehat. Selain itu rumah juga merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia dalam meningkatkan harkat, martabat, mutu kehidupan dan penghidupan, serta sebagai pencerminan diri pribadi dalam upaya peningkatan taraf hidupKawasan BSD-City merupakan salah satu kota terencana di Indonesia yang terletak di kecamatan Serpong, Tangerang Selatan. BSD City merupakan salah satu kota satelit dari Jakarta yang pada awalnya ditujukan untuk menjadi kota mandiri, di mana semua fasilitas disediakan di kota tersebut termasuk kawasan industri, perkantoran, perdagangan, pendidikan, wisata, sekaligus perumahan. Dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas daya tarik Kawasan BSD-City sebagai salah satu kota mandiri, maka diperlukan upaya-upaya pengembangan dan peningkatan pada semua fasilitas terutama perumahan. Konsep Green House adalah konsep yang mengutamakan desain yang berkelanjutan, reduce, reuse, dan recyle. Dan rumah bergaya resort memang menawarkan kenyamanan yang lebih pada penghuninya, layaknya sebuah resort mewah yang menawarkan kenyamanan bagi para penghuninya.Housing and settlements is one of the basic human needs. As stated in the Basic Law (Constitution) 1945 Article 28, that the house is one of the basic rights of the people and therefore every citizen has the right to reside and got a good environment and healthy. Besides the house is also a basic human need to enhance the dignity, the dignity, quality of life and livelihood, as well as personal self-reflection in order to improve the standard of living, as well as the formation of character, character and personality of the nation. The construction of housing and settlements always face problems of land, especially in urban areas related to land availability is limited. BSD-City region is one of the planned cities in Indonesia, located in the district of Serpong, South Tangerang. BSD City is one of the suburbs of Jakarta, which was originally intended to be an independent city, where all facilities are provided in the city, including industrial estates, offices, commerce, education, travel, housing at the same time. In an effort to improve the quality of the appeal BSD-City area as one of the independent city, it would require efforts on the development and improvement of all the facilities especially for housing. Green House concept is a concept that promotes sustainable design, reduce, reuse, and recyle. And home-style resort does offer more comfort to the occupants, like a luxury resort which offers comfort for the occupants.
