Abstract
Seperti diketahui, pertumbuhan properti selalu mengikuti perkembangan infrastruktur. Maka sebaliknya, pembangunan infrastruktur yang baik bakal terus memicu pengembangan beragam produk properti. Artinya, perkembangan infrastruktur yang baik di suatu kawasan akan memicu aktivitas bisnis pengembang properti. Ini wajar sebab keberadaan fasilitas infrastruktur yang baik akan melambungkan harga tanah, yang imbasnya akan menarik minat pengembang untuk membangun proyek. BSD (Bumi Serpong Damai) City merupakan salah satu kota di Indonesia dengan masterplan yang didesain oleh Pacific Consultant International, Japan City Planning Inc, Nihon Architect Engineer and Consultant Inc, dan Doxiadis. Sedangkan developernya adalah Sinar Mas Land. Tujuan awal perencanaan BSD City ini adalah menjadikan kota ini sebagai kota mandiri dengan fasilitas yang mencakup kawasan industri, perumahan, perkantoran, perdagangan, pendidikan, dan tempat wisata. BSD City diharapkan menjadi kota dengan fasilitas lengkap yang dapat memenuhi semua kebutuhan penduduknya. Maka dari itu banyak para pengembang untuk berlomba dalam hal bisnis membangun perumahan yang terbaik dari segmen atas hingga bawah.As is known, the growth of property always follow the development of infrastructure.
