Abstract

In this era where to face economic condition and trade competition which getting tight, a lot company consider to start using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) as one of strategic management information. Implementation of ERP system in PT Sinar Alum Sarana which already exist but have not yet believed that ERP can deliver positive impact, which expectation that can improve effectively and efficiency company because ERP offering an integrated system in company that each decision making that have been done as quick and accurate. And this situation there is no a clear mapping from implementation ERP toward business process. Therefore the writer does early identification which has been done to modules which already exists in ERP, and from that modules then we look measurement indicators. Measurement indicator it self adjusted with business parameter which exists, later then that indicators have been gathering to become strategic objectives. When strategic objectives have been decide, then we develop to become road map which suitable with Balanced Scorecard framework. And then describe the difference before and after ERP implementation to strategic objectives which the writer chooses. And there have been known that each module on ERP that have been implement possess a part inside company process business improvement as whole a part, and Strategic Map indicate cause and effect path from each variable strategy company business. This research is expect that PT Sinar Alum Sarana to develop ERP that already exists, which the data that have been produced can be consumption by internal and external company party and the results can be publicity to all party which having an interest and the research it self is open to other research as quantitative with “score” from process business improvement that happened.Pada saat ini untuk menghadapi kondisi perekonomian dan persaingan usaha yang semakin ketat banyak perusahaan mulai mempertimbangkan penggunaan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) sebagai salah satu alat managemen informasi strategik. Penerapan sistem ERP di PT Sinar Alum Sarana yang sudah ada belum diyakini bahwa hal tersebut membawa dampak positif yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektifitas dan efesiensi perusahaan karena ERP menawarkan suatu sistem terintegrasi didalam perusahaan sehingga pengambilan keputusan perusahaan dilakukan secara cepat dan tepat. Serta belum adanya pemetaan secara jelas dari penerapan ERP terhadap proses bisnis. Maka penulis melakukan identifikasi awal dilakukan terhadap modul-modul yang ada yang ada dalam ERP, dari modul-modul tersebut lalu dicari indikator- indikator pengukuran. Indikator pengukuran itu sendiri disesuaikan dengan parameter bisnis yang ada , kemudian indikator-indikator tersebut dikumpulkan menjadi strategic objectives. Bahwa strategic objectives yang telah ditetapkan, kemudian dikembangkan menjadi peta panduan atau road map sesuai dengan kerangka Balanced Scorecard. Dan kemudian menjabarkan perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah penerapan ERP pada strategic objectives yang penulis pilih. Dan diketahui bahwa setiap modul ERP yang diterapkan memiliki peranan didalam peningkatan proses bisnis perusahaan secara keseluruhan, serta Strategic Map yang ada menunjukkan alur keterkaitan atau cause and effect dari setiap variabel strategi bisnis perusahaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan agar PT Sinar Alum Sarana mengembangkan ERP yang ada, dimana data yang dihasilkan dapat dikonsumsi oleh pihak internal dan ekternal perusahaan dan hasilnya dipublikasikan ke semua pihak yang berkepentingan dan penelitian ini terbuka bagi penelitian secara kuantitatif dengan “score” dari tingkatan kinerja yang terjadi.
