Abstract

This Research was about determination of room rate in Puri Mandiri Kedoya Hospital. The purpose of this research is how to know the way of make room rate specially for the rate of rawat inap room and how far the price can impact the change or increase of operational profit company . The researcher calculate the component that influence the price so the result is include the profit that company want. The methods of this research are quantitative descriptive method and qualitative descriptive method. The result of analyse that research done can take conclusion that implementation room rate rawat inap with using selling price margin contribution method in Puri Mandiri Kedoya Hospital during year 2007, 2008 and 2009 can add revenue company and profit after less Cost Of Good Sold.
