Abstract
Information systems can be used to obtain process and disseminate information to support daily operations as well as supporting the activities of strategic decision making. PT. Pelayaran Nusantara Panurjwan is a company engaged in shipping line, which is an agent of a leading shipping company in the world (Mediterranean Shipping Company). Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) Indonesia has a main system created by the MSC headquarter in Geneva, called MSC/A. this main system use in each branches. If any agency wants to make a change or development of this application in accordance with their needs, they should be submitting the system change request to the headquarters of the MSC. Then MSC headquarter will send the new version of application to agency who requested. One of the modules used in this application is the booking module. This module also provides a report of all bookings that have been recorded and is only used by the customer service. In fact, data from this module can provide reports that are used by another department. Hopefully, by the new system, can help provide reports that can used by other departments
