Abstract
Reading, studying and reviewing the Qur'an is an obligation for Muslims, because by knowing the content of the Qur'an, the human life for the better. But still many people who can not read the Qur'an properly. With this background, the authors make about the introduction of producer applications web-based hijaiyah letter as an alternative to facilitate a person in learning to read the Qur'an. Problems that appear are the questions at random by the program so that the questions that produced more varied than that because the method has been entered by the admin. The main functions of this application is to generate problems with the form of multiple choice questions that have been at random before the program .. Application of Learning Iqro was built using HTML programming language. While the modeling system used in its design, among others, the use case diagram, sequence diagram, and activity diagrams.
