Abstract

Just-in-time (JIT) manufacturing systems can increase productivity, improve quality control efforts, and reduce costs, improving a company's competitive stance and overall performance and an inventory strategy that strives to improve a business's return on investment by reducing in-process inventory and associated carrying costs. The purpose of this research is to know how far a company sets Just In Time (JIT) system, inclucing just in time purchasing, just in time production, just in time transportation and delivery at PT. Asian Primarindo Infrastructure. This research is done in descriptive method and the data collection is made by literature and fieldwork method, the data analysis used is quality and quantity descriptive. The conclusion of this research is Just In Time application system at PT. Primarindo Asia Infrastructure uncongenial to accounting management and the real theory of Just In Time system. Key words : Just in time, just in time purchasing, just in time production, just in time transportation and delivery
