Abstract
The Effect of Organizational Culture, Locus of Control Internal and Job Satisfaction of Employees Performance Against Staff at PT. Busana Remaja Agracipta. The research aims to analyze direct objective and determine whether the organization's culture, locus of control internal and job satisfaction affects employee performance. Data collection tool used was a questionnaire and using multiple linear regression as a data analysis tool. Population of the research are derived from 150 staff employees at PT. Busana Remaja Agracipta. Intervening variable in this research by taking a sample of 60 of the employees. The results of the research showed that variable of organizational culture, locus of control internal and job satisfaction directly have not significant influence on employees performance.
