Abstract

This research was about the effectiveness of Performance Management with study case of Sekretariat Jenderal DPD RI on the Year 2009 versus on the Year 2010. The purpose of this research is whether the 2010 accountability report better if was observed from effectiveness aspect. This research was using of the descriptif qualitatif. The results of this research will be showing that of working Sekretariat Jenderal DPD RI on the Year 2010 better than on the Year 2009 with the realization on the target.
