Abstract
The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational behavior and work environment to employee motivation at PT Angsa Indonesia Tour dan Travel in Yogyakarta. This study uses the employee performance as a dependent variabel while the independent variable is the organizational behavior and work environment. The total sample is 36 employees who work at the company. Technical analysis data that is used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results on the partial test of regression analysis showed that both organizational behavior and work environment do not have any effect to the employee motivation. While tested simultaneously, both organizational behavior and work environment have no influence to the employee motivation. Keywords: organizational behavior, work environment, employee motivation.
