Abstract
In conducting this research, the authors aimed to test the influence of tax modernization and organizational performance to the achievements of accountability at KPP Pratama Kebayoran Lama. This research use the method of causal research with multiple linear regression. The population in this research were employees who worked at KPP Pratama Kebayoran Lama. The result obtained in this partial test showed that the tax modernization and organizational performance have a significant influence to the achievement of the accountability. Simultaneously, Independent variables that are the tax modernization and organizational performance influenced the achievement of accountability as dependent variable.
