Abstract
The research on the analysis of the effect of net income on cash dividends. The population in this study is a company registered as Property companies, Real Estate and Building Construction in Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). The purpose of this research to analysis the effect of net income on cash dividends. This research uses a simple linear regression analysis. The following are some criteria: Companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX), Companies that make cash dividend payments in 2006 – 2008, Companiesthat earn net income in 2006 – 2008, Companies have the necessary data in the research, because complete data is data that is needed in research. The result of this research, a significant difference beetween the variabel X (Net Income) to variabel Y (Cash Dividend)
