Abstract
This research haved do at PT Energizer Indonesia that want to know result of efektivitas and eficience analysis logistic management. Methode that used as long as this research show with Descriptifmethode; field research, given internal control questioner, interview with company staff, Library method, take literature, university note and do quantitative analyisis that based to cost logistic. Writer do this, to know procedure haved do better, want to know internal control is good, want to know activity business logistic had efectif and eficience. After D chase writer do this all research, writer make some of result Procedurhaved do better, internal control do enough well, activity business logistic had efectifand eficince. And universal suggestion among, held evaluate docJoral activity that do at logistic, give training to the company staffs.
