Abstract
A good systems and procedures are a system / procedures that can produce usefull information for users, such information must be produced in a manner that effectively and efficiently as possible, one form of the effectiveness and efficiency that is shorter, more convenience and also for implementing the process. Based on the above, the authors make a thesis entitled “Evaluation of System and procedure for kartuHALO Activation and billing at PT. Telkomsel”. The company plans to increase sales to go trought some procedures, the procedures are precise sequences of the stage of instruction that explains what to do, who is doing, when in doing and how to do it. The author in preparing this paper uses descriptive analysis to the data that this method is use to get an overview of the evaluation system and procedures for kartuHALO activation and billing at PT. Telkomsel. This study aims to provide information about kartuHALO activation and billing procedures at PT. Telkomsel is effective. From the results of the research can be concluded that the existing systems and procedures in GraPARI already operating effectively and efficiently because the system that are online more quickly producing and activation bias. But for GeraiHalo and TPR / sales, activation phase is not yet effective and efficient because most of the systems are not owned and must require assistance GraPARI party. So kartuHALO activation cannot be done quickly.
