Abstract
This research evaluated the project budget of PT. Borneo Sakti, to find out the correlation between The budget participation and decentralization organization with the project management performance. The method of data collection using field research and library research. The result of this research, there weren’t correlation between budget participation and decentralization organization with the Project Management performance, at this case study, Indicator of the project management performance didn’t show significant result, the result of the project audit indicated bad performance in several things.
