Abstract
This research about the implementation of Balanced Scorecard as activity measurement with study cases of PTBinarekaTatamandiri. The purpose of this research is to find out the activity of PTBinarekaTatamandiri if measured by the perspective of Balanced Scorecard. This research used analisys qualitative descritive method..The data which was use to analyzed financial perspective is on year 2008 – 2009, for other perspective use questionaire which was spread to staff and customer of PT. BinarekaTatamandiri. The result of this research is the activity of PT BinarekaTatamandiri already good. The conclusion which got thru the analisys is Balanced Scorecard was the best method in measuring the activity of the company. Key words : Balanced Scorecard, activity measurement
