Abstract
Citilink Garuda Indonesia is one of the Low Cost Carrier (LCC) who attempt to scoop up the middle to lower passangers. This study to identify and analyze how the application of the concept of LCC at Citilink. This study used a qualitative descriptive method through an analysis of the concept of LCC Citilink with the comparison of LCC’s characteristics, a SWOT analysis to determine the weaknesses and the strengths of Citilink and quantitative method of knowing and analyzing the implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning Route Profitability (ERP RP) systems. This study indicate that LCC Citilink not yet proven as the characteristic of LCC, and Citilink required the Enterprise Resources Planning Route Profitability (ERP RP) system for LCC in order to evaluate the any route, so that the decisions can be taken to increase or decrease the frequency of the routes operated. Keyword: Low Cost Carrier (LCC), Enterprise Resource Planning Route Profitability (ERP RP) Citilink Garuda Indonesia merupakan salah satu penerbangan Low Cost Carrier (LCC) yang berupaya meraup penumpang menengah ke bawah. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana penerapan konsep LCC pada Citilink. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif melalui analisis konsep LCC Citilink dengan karakteristik LCC dunia, analisis SWOT untuk mengetahui kelemahan dan kekuatan Citilink dan metode kuantitatif untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penerapan sistem Enterprise Resource Planning Route Profitability (ERP RP) yang digunakan oleh Citilink. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Citilink belum mampu memenuhi karakter LCC, dan sistem Enterprise Resource Planning Route Profitability yang sesuai prinsip LCC sangat diperlukan bagi Citilink agar dapat dievaluasi kerugian yang dialami setiap rute sehingga dapat diambil keputusan untuk menambah atau mengurangi frekuensi pada rute yang dioperasikan. Kata Kunci: Low Cost Carrier (LCC), Enterprise Resource Planning Route Profitability (ERP RP)
