Abstract
Sistem Informasi adalah suatu kegiatan dari prosedur-prosedur yang diorganisasikan, bilamana dieksekusi akan menyediakan informasi untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan dan pengendalian di dalam organisasi. Sistem Informasi adalah cara-cara yang diorganisasi untuk mengumpulkan, memasukkan, mengolah, dan menyimpan data dan cara-cara yang diorganisasi untuk menyimpan, mengelola, mengendalikan dan melaporkan informasi sedemikian rupa sehingga sebuah organisasi dapat mencapai tujuan yang telah ditetapkan. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan data menggunakan cara observasi, studi kepustakaan, dan wawancara. Kemudian dilakukan analisis data terhadap berbagai kebutuhan sistem yang ada kaitannya dengan system aplikasi tersebut, selanjutnya dilakukan perancangan sistem yang meliputi perancangan basis data , perancangan proses, perancangan keluaran, dan perancangan teknologi. Hasil perancangan sistem diwujudkan dalam bentuk program aplikasi key performance indicator div community PT Indosat sebagai model sistem informasi pengukuran dan evaluasi pencapaian kinerja organisasi dalam bentuk key performance indicator (KPI). KPI adalah suatu pengukuran kuantitatif, telah disetujui sebelumnya, dan mencerminkan faktor penentu keberhasilan suatu organisasi. jadi, KPI membantu sebuah organisasi dalam menentukan dan mengukur kemajuannya hingga sampai kepada tujuan organisasi yang telah disepakati di awal Aplikasi ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP sebagai tampilan interface, dan software fusionchart sebagai aplikasi pembuat grafik untuk memberikan tampilan grafik dan visualisasi yang interaktif dan kuat. Adapun tujuan dari aplikasi ini yaitu mengukur kinerja atau performance dari setiap cabang PT Indosat untuk mudahkan proses pemantauan, melihat gambaran kinerja organisasi secara real time, dan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan informasi para management dalam melakukan pengukuran terhadap capaian kinerja KPI dalam menentukan strategi penjualan. Kata Kunci : sistem informasi, PHP, mysql, Key performance indicator. Information system is an activity of organized procedures which, when executed will provide information to support decision making and control within the organization. Information Systems is organized ways to collect, enter, process, and store data and organized ways to store, manage, control and report information so that an organization can achieve its intended purpose. The method in this study was conducted by collecting data using observation, library research , and interviews. Then conducted data analysis on a wide range of system requirements that are related to the application system, further system design that includes database design, process design, output design, and designing technology. The results of the system design is realized in the form of an application program key performance indicators div community PT Indosat as a model of community information systems performance measurement and evaluation of the organization in the form of key performance indicators (KPI). KPI is a quantitative measurement, has been approved in advance, and reflect the critical success factors of an organization. so, KPI help an organization define and measure progress up to the organizational objectives agreed at the beginning of This application was built using the PHP programming language as a display interface, and application software maker fusionchart as graphs to provide a graphic display and interactive visualization and powerful . The purpose of this application is to measure the performance or the performance of any branch of PT Indosat to make it easy monitoring process, see the picture of the organization 's performance in real time, and can meet the information needs of management in measuring the achievement of KPI performance in determining sales strategy.
