Abstract
Poliklinik umum Panarub merupakan salah satu fasilitas kesehatan yang disediakan oleh PT Panarub Industry bagi seluruh karyawan. Seiring dengan perkembangan PT. Panarub Industry yang semakin maju maka pertambahan karyawan pun meningkat sesuai dengan peningkatan produktivitas. Hal ini menuntut Poliklinik Panarub untuk melakukan peningkatan dalam hal pelayanan kesehatan, akan tetapi dikarenakan proses pengolahan data yang masih manual membuat karyawan harus menunggu giliran untuk mendapat pelayanan kesehatan dalam waktu yang tidak tentu sehingga proses kerja menjadi terhambat. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan sistem informasi pelayanan yang lengkap berbentuk portal sehingga proses pelayanan kesehatan dapat di kerjakan dengan cepat, akurat dan tepat waktu. Untuk itu dibuatlah Sistem Informasi Poliklinik Umum dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan MySql.
