Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari dan menganalisis pengaruh tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan dengan persentase pengelolaan kepemilikan dan pengelolaan jenis industri sebagai variabel moderator. Sampel dari penelitian ini terdiri dari 59 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Saham Indonesia selama tahun 2011-2012. Penelitian inimendapatkan data dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan pengujian hipotesa menggunakan Simple Regression Analysis and moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian ini adalah pertama, corporate social responsibility, persentase kepemilikan manajemen, tipe industri dan variabel variabel yang berinteraksi dalam riset ini memiliki impikasi pada nilai perusahaan secara simultan, Kedua, corporate social responsibility memiliki implikasi positif terhadap nilai perusahaan, dan ketiga, persentase kepemilikan manajemen dan jenis tipe industri tidak berperan sebagai variabel moderasi dalam hubungan antara corporate social responsibility dan nilai perusahaan. Kata kunci: corporate social responsibility, nilai perusahaan, kepemilikan manajemen, tipe industri VERSITAS Abstract MERCU BUANdo The research conducts study and analysis of the influence of corporate social responsibility on firm value with the percentage of management ownership and the type of industry as moderating variables. The samples in this research comprise 59 componies which are listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2011 and 2012. The reasercher found data by using purposve sampling and method and tested the hypotheses by using Simple Regresson Analysis and moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The result of this research are; First, corporate social responsibility, the percentage of management ownership, the type of industry and variables that interact in the research have an implication to firm value simultaneously; Second, corporate social responsibility has positive impication to firm value, and Third the percentage of management ownership and the type of industry do not role as moderating variables in relation between corporate social responsibility and firm value.
