Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the effect of training on the performance and motivation of employees at PT. Bakrie Telecom Tbk division management Customer Relationship (CRM) which is located at Taman Rasuna Apartment CRM division South Jakarta. The data was collected through questionnaires and conducted on 133 employees of PT Bakrie Telecom CRM division. The method used is the census method. Results of testing the hypothesis (H1) proves there is an influence on employee performance. t of 1.686 and a significance level of 0.94 and SC (β) = 0.126. Greater than the significance level of 0.05, and has a value of t < ttabel of 1,970 which means the study reject H1 and accept H0. Training with the performance has a positive relationship but not significant, so this test is statistically proven that training has a positive effect on employee performance. Hypothesis (H2) through the calculation t count 10.851 with a significance level of 0.000 and SC (β) = 0.810. Where less than the significance level of 0.00, and has a value of t> ttabel of 1,980, which means the study reject H0 and accept H1. Motivation with performance have a strong relationship, this test is statistically proven, motivation and a strong significant positive effect on employee performance. Keywords: training, motivation, employee performance Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa pengaruh pelatihan dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bakrie Telecom Tbk pada divisi Customer Relationship Management (CRM) yang berlokasi di Apartemen Taman Rasuna Divisi CRM Jakarta Selatan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dan dilaksanakan pada 133 karyawan PT Bakrie Telecom divisi CRM. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode sensus. Hasil pengujian hipotesis (H1) membuktikan terdapat pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. thitung sebesar 1,686 dan taraf signifikansi 0,94 dan SC(β) = 0,126. Taraf signifikansi lebih besar dari dari 0,05 dan memiliki nilai thitung < ttabel sebesar 1,970 yang berarti penelitian ini menolak H1 dan menerima H0. Pelatihan dengan kinerja mempunyai hubungan yang positif namun tidak signifikan, sehingga pengujian ini secara statistik membuktikan bahwa pelatihan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hipotesis (H2) melalui hasil perhitungan nilai thitung sebesar 10,851 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 dan SC(β) = 0,810. Dimana taraf signifikansi lebih kecil dari dari 0,00 dan memiliki nilai thitung > ttabel sebesar 1,980 yang berarti penelitian ini menolak H0 dan menerima H1. Motivasi dengan kinerja mempunyai hubungan yang kuat, Pengujian ini secara statistik membuktikan, motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan dan kuat terhadap kinerja karyawan.
