Abstract

Keyword: supply chain performance, supply chain management, SCOR Model The competition nowadays starts aiming towards the competition among the supply chain performance of companies, which are the dominant factor to gain competitive advantage. Therefore, it is important for companies to carry out supply chain performance measurement intended for reducing costs, fulfilling customer satisfaction and increasing the profit of companies. This research was conducted to implement a performance measurement model for supply chain system based on Supply Chain Operations Reference model (SCOR) at PT. XYZ, a multinational pharmaceutical company. The supply chain performance measurement was measured in three years period from 2009 up to 2011, whereas in 2009 the result was 86,86%, 2010 has the result 88,55% and 2011 was 91,51%. From the analytical point of view in this research, there were some aspects that need to be improved. Responsiveness attribute is the strongest action point that to be first improved as the measurement result indicated that it has biggest point, 61%, compared to the other attributes. Kata kunci: pengukuran kinerja supply chain, supply chain management, SCOR Model Persaingan antar perusahaan sekarang ini mulai mengarah pada persaingan antar kinerja supply chain perusahaan, yang merupakan faktor dominan untuk mendapatkan keunggulan kompetitif. Sangat penting bagi perusahaan melakukan pengukuran kinerja supply chain yang bertujuan untuk mengurangi biaya-biaya, memenuhi kepuasan pelanggan dan meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menerapkan metode Supply Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) Model pada pengukuran kinerja supply chain. Penelitian dilakukan di perusahaan farmasi PT. XYZ untuk mengimplementasikan metode SCOR model. Dari hasil pengukuran kinerja supply chain berbasis SCOR Model yang dilakukan selama tiga tahun dari tahun 2009 - 2011, pada tahun 2009 memiliki kinerja supply chain 86,86%, tahun 2010 sebesar 88,55% dan tahun 2011 sebesar 91,51%. Dari hasil analisis, PT. XYZ perlu melakukan perbaikan- perbaikan untuk atribut Responsiveness karena mempunyai angka bobot paling besar dari ketiga atribut yang dihitung yaitu 61% dibandingkan atribut yang lain.
