Abstract

Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh komitmen dan job insecurity terhadap intense turnover pada Operator Garuda Call Center. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, observasi dan interview. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa komitmen berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap intensi turnover, begitu juga dengan job insecurity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi turnover. Secara simultan komitmen dan job insecurity berpengaruh signifikan terhadap intensi turnover. Uji korelasi yang dilakukan untuk penelitian ini menunjukkan dimensi komitmen yang memiliki korelasi paling kuat terhadap dimensi Intensi turnover adalah keyakinan terhadap manajemen dan untuk dimensi job insecurity yang memiliki korelasi paling kuat terhadap dimensi Intensi turnvoer adalah dimensi ancaman terhadap hilangnya pekerjaan Kata kunci : Intensi Turnover, Job Insecurity, Komitmen This paper has a purpose yo know about the influence of commitment and job insecurity toward turnover intention of Operator Garuda Call Center. Research method that used is descriptive analysis, with searching data through library, observation and interview. The result derived from this study showed that commitment indicated a significantly influenced towatd the turnover intention and job insecurity indicated a significantly influenced towatd the turnover intention. Simultaneously commitment and job insecurity , altogether significantly influenced the turnover intention. The correlation test in this study demonstrated that trust to management being one of commintment dimension performing the strongest correlation toward turnover intention and the threat of job loss itself being one of job insecurity dimension performing the strongest correlation toward turnover intention Keywords : Intensi Turnover, Job Insecurity, Komitmen
