Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja guru SMAK 4 PENABUR Jakarta. Variabel Kompensasi dan Motivasi di dalam penelitian ini adalah sebagai variabel eksogen dan variabel Kinerja adalah variabel endogen. Dalam penelitian ini, pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui metode survey. Kuesioner di sebar kepada semua guru. Sampel yang digunakan menggunakan metode sampel jenuh. Dari hasil pengolahan data didapatkan variabel Kompensasi berpengaruh terhadap variabel Kinerja dan variabel Motivasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru maka sekolah SMAK 4 PENABUR dan yayasan perlu untuk memperhatikan pemberian kompensasi kepada guru karena hal ini akan mempengaruhi motivasi guru dalam kinerjanya. Kata kunci : Kompensasi, Motivasi, Kinerja The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of compensation and motivation to the performance of teachers at SMAK 4 PENABUR Jakarta. The variable of Compensation and Motivation in this research are exogenous variables and the Performance variable is endogenous variable. Survey method is used in this research to help researcher to get the supported information. Primary data were collected by using questioner. Questioner was given to all teachers of SMAK 4 PENABUR Jakarta. The sample of this research is Census Sampling. From the results of the data processing, the Compensation variable affects to Performance variable and the Motivation variable influences to Performance variable. The conclusion of this study is to enhance the performance of teachers at SMAK 4 PENABUR Jakarta, SMAK 4 PENABUR Jakarta and the foundation of PENABUR should concern to the giving of compensation to teachers because this will influence the motivation of teachers at work.
