Abstract

This research is conducted to analyze the influences of the organizational commitment, work motivation to teachers performance. This research is a qualitative explanation survey method using questionnaire tool, to measure those variables use questionaires given to all teachers in SMA NEGERI 5 Tangerang Selatan. The analysis use statistic and the result of the statement in questionnaires are valid and reliable. The sampling technique used is census. The result research shows that organizational commitment and work motivation influence job satisfaction , while using the result of partial test shows that organizational commitment influences the teachers’ performance, especially on Affective dimensions have a strong commitment to the pedagogical dimension.While the work motivation also influence the teachers’ performance, the dimension of Need for Achievement, Need for Affiliation and Need for Power who had strong ties to the pedagogical dimension. Key words: Organizational commitment, Work Motivation, and Teachers Performance Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja terhadap terhadap kinerja guru. Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif dengan metode survey explanation dengan menggunakan alat kuesioner, untuk mengukur variabel tersebut digunakan kuesioner yang disebar kepada guru-guru SMA Negeri 5 Tangerang Selatan . Analisis menggunakan statistik dan hasil pernyataan dalam kuestioner adalah valid dan reliabel. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah sampling jenuh (sensus). Hasil Penelitian membuktikan komitmen organisasi dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, sedangkan dengan uji parsial membuktikan bahwa komitmen organisasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru, terutama pada dimensi Affective commitment mempunyai hubungan yang kuat terhadap dimensi kompetensi pedagogik. Sedangkan motivasi kerja juga berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru pada dimensi Need for Achievement, Need for Affiliation, dan Need for Power yang mempunyai hubungan kuat terhadap dimensi kompetensi pedagogik. Kata Kunci: Komitmen Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, dan Kinerja Guru.
