Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of emotional intelligence, organizational climate and job stress on employee performance. The population in this study were employees at the Head Office of National SAR Agency (BASARNAS) Jakarta. Sampling was done by method accidental sampling. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis of the data collection through literature review, observation, interview. Analysis was conducted on the validity, reliability test, the classic assumption test, correlation and regression testing. Results of the analysis showed that emotional intelligence is partially significant effect on employee performance is strongly correlated with empathy Dimension initiative. Partial results of the analysis of organizational climate have a significant effect on employee performance. Dimensional support strongly associated with cooperation. Partial results of the analysis of job stress had no effect on employee performance. Results of simultaneous analysis of emotional intelligence and organizational climate have a significant effect on employee performance. Keywords : Emotional Intelligence, Organizational Climate, Job Stress, Employee Performance Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosional, iklim organisasi dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada Kantor Pusat Badan SAR Nasional (BASARNAS) Jakarta. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metore accidental sampling. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka, observasi, interview. Analisis yang dilakukan meliputi uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji korelasi dan uji regresi. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai Dimensi empati berhubungan kuat dengan inisiatif. Hasil analisis secara parsial iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dimensi dukungan berhubungan kuat dengan kerja sama . Hasil analisis secara parsial stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hasil analisis secara simultan kecerdasan emosional dan iklim organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
