Abstract
The purpose of this study to determine the effect of head master supervise and achievement motivation to teacher performance. Descriptive quantitative research methods by using statistical correlation and simple and multiple regression with aim of analyzing the effect of two independent variables on the performance of teacher.In this research, used 80 teacher as the respondend for cencus determination. The result of research show that the head master supervise and achiement motivation affects teacher performance. The results can be proved partially and simultaneously a very significant effect on teacher performance. The results of study, when compared with previous stydies, the research conducted supports previous research. Where the teacher’s performance is affected by factors of had master supervise and achievement motivation. Keyword: Head master supervise, achievement motivation and teacher performance Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru. Metode penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan statistik korelasi dan regresi sederhana dan berganda dengan tujuan menganalisis pengaruh kedua variabel bebas terhadap kinerja guru. Pada penelitian ini digunakan sebanyak 80 guru sebagai reponden yang dilakukan secara sensus. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil ini dibuktikan secara parsial dan secara bersama-sama (simultan) sangat signifikan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru. Hasil penelitian ini apabila dibandingkan dengan peneliti sebelumnya, maka penelitian ini mendukung penelitian sebelumnya. Dimana kinerja guru dipengaruhi, oleh faktor supervisi kepala sekolah dan motivasi kerja. Kata kunci: Supervisi kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja dan kinerja guru.
