Abstract

This research goal seeking to know the power of the influence of leadership style, organizationculture, and motivationagaints the performance of an civil employee on local goverment Kolaka Utara regency and knowing dimensions the most powerful influences the performanceof an civil employee. Methods used in this research is by spreading a questionnaire to an civil employee with sample 287 person. The result of a questionnaire of the respondents was given the score with devised a system of the scala of likert. To analysis of data used a test of the validity, realiability, and linier regression multiple with using progam spss. This result is a variable organization culture on the dimension of detail the most dominant influence on performance of civil employee on the dimension of leadershipcompared with organizationcultureand motivation. There are the influence of together significant leadership style, organizationculture, and motivation againt the performance of civil employee Keyword: Leadership Style, Organizationculture, Motivation, Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kuat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja PNS Studi kasusPEMDA di kabupaten Kolaka Utara dan mengetahui dimensi mana yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja Pegawai Negeri Sipil. Metode yang digunakan adalah menyebarkan kuisioner kepada Pegawai dengan jumlah sampel 287. Hasil kuisioner dari responden diberikan nilai dengan menggunakan skala likert. Sedangkan analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan Program SPSS. Hasilnya adalah variabel yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai adalah budaya organisasi terutama pada dimensi perhatian pada hal-hal yang bersifat rinciterhadap dimensi kepemimpinan pada kinerja pegawai Terdapat pengaruh secara bersama-sama (Stimultan) antara gaya kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja pegawai.
