Abstract

This research is conducted to analyze the influences of the commitment, motivation and competence of the teacher’s performance at SMA 90 Jakarta. The close emotional of teacher’s on school and moral obligation to work at the school is the meaning of the commitment, but the process of intensity, direction and teacher’s effort in teaching and learning process as teacher’s motivation. The competence to consist pedagogic, professionalism, social and personal. The method of this research used descriptive quantitative research by using survey methodology. The population of this study are all of the SMA 90 Jakarta teachers. The independent variable is the commitment, motivation and competence and the dependent variable is teachers performance. To test the influenced variable the research is using dual linear regression method, t-test and F-test. The result of the research is showed that competence, motivation and competence influenced the teacher performance at SMA 90 Jakarta. From the statistical analisys showed that the teacher performance influence more by commitment, motivation and competence and less influenced by other variable which is not researched in this study. From the three independent variables, which is the most influenced on the teacher performance is competence. Key Words : Commitment, Motivation, Competence, Performance, Correlation. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengungkap pengaruh komitmen, motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 90 Jakarta. Kedekatan emosional guru terhadap sekolah dan kewajiban moralnya untuk terus berkarya di sekolah adalah arti dari komitmen. Sedangkan proses memperhitungkan intensitas, arah serta usaha guru dalam kegiatan belajar mengajar sebagai motivasi seorang guru. Kompetensi meliputi pedagogik, professional, personal dan sosial. Sehingga masalah yang di ajukan adalah adakah pengaruh komitmen, motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 90 Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMAN Negeri 90 Jakarta yang berjumlah 72 orang. Untuk menguji variabel yang berpengaruh, peneliti menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda, uji t dan uji F. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu adanya pengaruh komitmen, motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja guru di SMA Negeri 90 Jakarta. Berdasar hasil analisa statistik terlihat bahwa kinerja guru sebagian besar dipengaruhi oleh komitmen, motivasi dan kompetensi dan sebagian kecil lagi dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Dari 3 variabel bebas tersebut yang paling berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru adalah kompetensi. Kata Kunci : Komitmen, Motivasi, Kompetensi, Kinerja Guru, Korelasi.
