Abstract
This thesis aims to find out about the control of the final product that is already on the motorcycle tire inspection and tire PT.XYZ sent to the warehouse. The method used is descriptive analysis with the method of data collection through interasional journals, library research, or observation process approach. The data used is the Primary data such as production data, the data delivery to the consumer, data destruction, as well as secondary data such as data analysis 4M, as well as observational data inspector examination. From the research results obtained is known that due to the break- handling warehouse due to product defect inspection method factor product that does not comply with the specified standards. It is necessary for quality control inspection of the operator as well as a re-inspection by means of random sampling as a result of inspection. Also control the production process with the cleanliness area to avoid contamination of foreign material impact on the finished good. Keywords: Quality of Product Defects from Foreign Material, Product Inspection, Re- inspection Tesis ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang pengendalian produk akhir yaitu ban motor yang sudah di inspeksi dan dikirim ke gudang ban PT.XYZ . Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisa deskriptif dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui jurnal interasional, studi pustaka, pendekatan proses atau observasi. Data yang dipergunakan adalah data Primer seperti data produksi, data pengiriman ke konsumen, data kerusakan, serta data sekunder seperti data analisa 4M, serta data observasi pemeriksaan inspector. Dari hasil penelitian yang didapat diketahui bahwa penanganan akibat kelolosan product defect ke gudang akibat faktor Metode pemeriksaan produk yang tidak sesuai dengan standar yang ditentukan. Untuk itu diperlukan pengawasan kualitas kerja operator inspeksi serta re-inspection dengan cara random sampling sebagai hasil inspection . Juga pengawasan proses produksi dengan kebersihan area untuk menghindari kontaminasi foreign material yang berdampak pada finish good.
