Abstract
This research is conducted to analyze the influences of career development and compensation on Employee Performance in PT. LIG Insurance Indonesia. The methodology has been used in this research is survey for the purpose to give explanations. This research is taking sample in one population and use questioner as main device. There are two kinds variable involved, independent and dependent. Career Development and Compensation as the independent variable and Employee Performance as the dependent variable. Data were collected through questionnaires is enclosed to test the effect of variables, we used multiple linear regression method, the test T and F. According to the test results obtained, Career Development on Employee Performance PT. LIG Insurance Indonesia has affect, but the compensation effect is very small even closer to not effect on Employee Performance. For the independent variables, the most influential dimension is the Institutional Career Planning. Keywords: Career Development, Compensation, Employee Performance Penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. LIG Insurance Indonesia. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survei yang dimaksudkan untuk memberikan penjelasan. Penelitian survei merupakan penelitian yang mengambil sampel dari suatu populasi dan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai alat pengumpulan yang pokok. Ada dua variabel yang digunakan yaitu variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Pengembangan Karir dan Kompensasi sebagai variabel bebas dan Kinerja Karyawan sebagai variabel terikat. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner tertutup Untuk menguji variabel yang berpengaruh, peneliti menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda, uji T dan Uji F. Menurut hasil yang diperoleh, Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. LIG Insurance Indonesia, akan tetapi pengaruh Kompensasi sangat kecil sekali bahkan mendekati tidak ada terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dari variabel bebas yang digunakan tersebut, dimensi yang paling berpengaruh adalah Perencanaan Karir Institusional. Kata Kunci : Pengembangan Karir, Kompensasi, Kinerja Karyawan.
